Students with a housing scholarship who are studying abroad must visit the financial aid office to go over financial aid requirements (scholarships, 奖助金, 贷款, 等.), and how financial aid may be affected during and after studying abroad. 联系财政援助: (电子邮件保护) or (248) 370-2550.

Students living in University housing prior to studying abroad must contact the OU 住房 Office to cancel the housing lease/contract 住房 Contract, before their departure date. 住房 lease cancellation is due November 30. Move out and key return to the 住房 Office is due by the last day of finals. The 住房 Office is located in Hamlin Hall, Room 448, (电子邮件保护), (248) 370-3570.

Students planning to move back into University 住房 in the Fall or Winter after studying abroad must:

1. 申请房屋
2. Sign-up for year-long 住房 Contracts begins on February 1 at 8 a.m
3. Sign-up for winter 住房 contracts opens November 1 at 8 a.m.

Winter 出国留学 students need to cancel their winter housing contracts. Students should contact university housing regarding any fees caused by contract cancellation.
